Okay, I've upgraded to dirstate-tags the unstable branch for bzr, bzrtools
and bzr-gtk for now. And added tags for previous uploads as well.

So please, when uploading, please tag the branch accordingly, with just
the version number (e.g. `bzr tag 0.91.0-2`).
