Feel free to upgrade builddeb as well, I don't see a reason not to. If
not then I will do so at some point in the near future.

On the subject of builddeb, the tip of trunk is 0.91 worthy, so please
upload it with your next round of uploads. I have created a dev branch
for the moment, as I am making more invasive changes currently.
