For the record, before submitting the patch, I tried ‘help2man’ on
‘bzr-buildpackage’ for comparison. It failed, complaining that there
was no working ‘--version’ option. There may of course be other
yet-undiscovered issues preventing use of ‘help2man’ in this case.

Has what? Has the capability to represent ‘help’ output as a manpage?
Or has that task as a TODO item?
