It has the capability to process the same information it uses to produce
the "help" output to produce a manpage. If you have the source handy 
check out generate_docs.py and follow the path.

The limitations are that it can only work on the built-in commands 
currently, and that it is only shipped in the source. Both clearly
soluble though.
