I have a full source branch prepped and ready to push as soon as
someone approves me on alioth. My username there is
andrewsomething-guest.

I went ahead and uploaded a package for review. It can be found on mentors:

Of course it depends on qbzr, so it should be uploaded until after
qbzr. So no hurry...
