I was accepted and have pushed a full source branch to:
http://bzr.debian.org/bzr/pkg-bazaar/bzr-explorer/unstable

I had to update the Vcs-* fields to reflect the actual location after
pushing. An updated package has been uploaded to mentors. It can still
be found in the same location:
