These issues should all be fixed on mentors now.
As far as upstreaming the desktop file... Right now they don't really
do any thing with it. I hope to send them a patch soon including these
changes as well as adding it to the translation infrastructure and
build system. Just haven't had time yet....
Let me know if I overlooked anything.
