Sorry for taking so long. I think the package is almost ready for
uploading, but could you please have a look at the following issues:

Could you perhaps submit the bzr-explorer.desktop upstream as well and
patch the original desktop file rather than adding a new one?

You probably don't need shlibs:Depends or a dependency on pythn-dev
because bzr-explorer doesn't contain any C code that needs to be built.

The copyright file doesn't mention all the copyright holders.
