The package looks good overall, but still needs some work. Some initial
problems that I see:

There is no dependency on python-all-dev necessary - qbzr does not
require any sort of compilation.

Bazaar's API changes frequently; older versions won't work with the
version of qbzr you have packaged. You probably want to depend on a
minimum version of Bazaar in the package as well.

Typo in description: privides

The Homepage pseudoheader is deprecated, please use a proper header
instead.

"Qt frontend" seems incorrect, since qbzr provides more than one
frontend IIUC.

Also, your GPG key can not be found on the public key servers.
