I removed the dependency on python-all-dev.

I use "Qt frontend" because this is the upstream description of the plugin
(as you can se at http://bazaar-vcs.org/QBzr). You think we can leave it in
the description?
QBzr provides a q{bzr command} for many bzr commands, plus some other
commands (as "qgetnew" to checkout/branch, "qgetupdate" to get updates,
etc...).
