[Pkg-bazaar-maint] I've just done a push --overwrite of pkg-bazaar/bzr/2.3

I've just done a push --overwrite of pkg-bazaar/bzr/2.3, replacing the
top revision and changing the 2.3.1-2 tag.

I did this because the revision included bogus merge ancestry, recording
that numerous revisions from 2.3.2-dev had been merged, though their
content had not been.

Therefore, I did an uncommit/--forget-merges/commit on it, followed by
fixing up the tag.
