Bug#376942: listens on 31416 instead of 1043

boinc-client listens for connections on port 31416 instead of 1043, which is the
one assigned by IANA for boinc.

I know 1043 conflicts with some abusive software from microsoft, but this is not
an issue on debian systems is it? :)
