That's right, but what do we gain if we change the port back to 1043? Third 
party tools (like KBoincSpy) rely on the fact that a specific BOINC version 
uses a specific port number. We would have to change all BOINC tools in 
Debian and we would have to teach our users that we are deviating from 
upstream with no good reasons.
