[Bug 281642] [NEW] boinc cannot authenticate

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: boinc-manager

I am unable to authenticate with the boinc servers.  It continually says
there is a CA problem.  I contacted World Community Grid and they said
that the boinc version we are using is not recommended.
