Bug#674248: Problems is in boinc-dev 7.0.28+dfsg-1

Hi,

After downgrading boinc-dev to 7.0.27+dfsg-3, seti no longer segfaults.
So we should look into boinc now.

(boinc-dev was 7.0.28+dfsg-1, directly from git repo)
