Boinc and future plans

Hi *,

unfortunately the upload didn't go well, we got many build failures due to missing lboinc.

I think this might be due to some changes in lib (the multiarch stuff) or calling configure with dh instead of ./configure (build logs shows a difference in detecting some gcc stuff).

I'll try to understand which change did the regression and upload in the next few days.
I hope I'll be able to reproduce on local i386 pbuilder sid environment
