About the patches in src:boinc

Here's a short overview for the remaining patches (whether
currently applied or not), with lots of inaccuracies and problems
to confirm.


Should drop because the relevant part already applied upstream,
the remaining part is mostly useless and confusing

Similar to the above patch. I think this is droppable if boinc
builds find without it.
