Bug#825375: boinc-client: computation error not logged

The problem running the SETI app that I reported in bug 825374 was not logged to the
BOINC log files.  When the BOINC client runs an app that crashes as well as a
notification in the BOINC Manager (which can be difficult for new users to find) it
should be logged to /var/log/boincerr.log.
