I upgraded boinc-app-seti from the Jessie version to the Unstable version and got the
above error.  To fix this I upgraded the libboinc-app7 package to the version from
Unstable.  An upgrade of boinc-app-seti should have forced an upgrade of libboinc-app7
by dependency.
