Hm, I've studied the License and asked two native speakers to inspect it.
they concluded that it would be legal to add it...

Webcit contains Moxicodes TinyMCE (which the debs don't use, since there is a
TinyMCE deb already in place), and Scriptaculus based scripting, which is BSD
style licensed:
