Could you ask them to elaborate? To me the license says:

Users may NOT, however, redistribute ... any DHTML script found on
Dynamic Drive. Redistribution is defined as re-offering our scripts for
download in any fashion ...

But isn't this exactly what we're doing?

These are fine, they are already listed in the debian/copyright file.
Debian ftpmasters reject packages with copyright owners/licenses not
listed there.
