The French debconf translation introduced in #672747 is completely
broken : it has double UTF-8 encoding, hard returns in some strings
and does not correspond to the POT file (the fr.po file has 60 strings
while the POT file has 24). Resyncing it with the POT file gives 7
fuzzy strings and, worse, broken encoding.
Here is a fixed file. I would appreciate if it could be used ASAP..:-)
