There is a nasty bug in mutt and Thunderbird, related to encoding:
when a translator sends a file with TB, people who read the mail with
mutt get all non ASCII characters replaced by "??" (this is because
the attachment is treated as us-ascii).

But, here, we have a double encoding problem (which I solved with
"iconv --from utf-8 --to iso-8859-1" on the file that's in the
BTS... then the result becomes correct....UTF-8..:-))

No idea where this comes from but I suspect a mistake from the
translator, indeed.
