[Pkg-clamav-devel] New clamav version and Pkg-clamav project

Where are the API changes and where are they documented? In case of
dansguardian there is a new upstream version which is not targetted for lenny
in unstable, so just uploading won't change anything. I have to go via t-p-u. 

I hate things like that. Do you already have a freeze exception from the
release team? Otherwise it would be useless to ask for an upload to t-p-u.
