So GCC got fixed on Ubuntu today, so I could try to build the libclamav 
rdepends against 0.94 and except for klamav (I've fixed already) and 
php-clamavlib, they at least build.

I think we should go ahead and ask for binnmu on dansguardian, gurlchecker, 
havp, php-clamavlib, python-clamav.  

Stephen Gran, will you go ahead and ask for the binnmus?
