The fact that's it's not built on all the archs it built on before will be
enough to keep it out of testing. No need for a bug, just for that.

I don't know either. The old one built with our current llvm, so I suspect
upstream, but who knows. I'm interested in their feedback.

Perhaps we should revert that in the next upload and see if it goes better.
