The reason for this bug is, that clamav-milter.config loads clamd.conf 
as a replacement of clamav-milter.conf, if the latter is not present.

This breaks things, because e.g. LogClean exists in both configuration 
files, but expects different values (true/false in clamd.conf and 
Off/Basic/Full in clamav-milter.conf).

I pushed a fix for this.
