The LLVM/JIT bug I filed upstream got assigned to someone to fix.  We need at 
least that and some idea about getting the test not to time out on mips before 
we have something that might get to testing.  I'd say let's wait a couple of 
days for upstream on LLVM/JIT and if they don't get something out, upload this 
fix and a revert of the test timing change to see how that works.
