I finally pushed that change into unstable. I hope that clamav upstream
releases clamav by the end of the month :)

Regarding the .msi file format: Upstream looked at the file and wrote a
larger email ending with "that will be a lot of work". I can forward
this to the mailing list or open a wishlish bug against libmspack.
