True.  But I'm used to package maintainers not accepting patches exactly as I 
send them.  So it's more of a suggested solution than something I expected you 
to just apply.

Because I encountered mis labelling and that appeared to be the cause of it.

The ucf_upgrade_check in the postinst might be the real cause and in any case 
it needs to be fixed too.  Sorry for the bad bug report.
