[Pkg-clamav-devel] On Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS clamd package has different build version than clamscan - clamd socket file is not created

Hi,

hope I got the right adress for the nice guys that are building the 
clamav packages for Ubuntu.

I found an issue with clamd on Ubuntu 16.04.6

The clamd-version is one day and one build older in Ubuntu 16.04.6 than 
clamav.

16.04.6 LTS:

|$ clamd --version ClamAV 0.101.4/25612/Thu Oct 24 10:59:15 2019 $ 
clamscan --version ClamAV 0.101.4/25613/Fri Oct 25 11:00:25 2019 |

whereas it is the same on 18.04.3 LTS:

|$ clamd --version ClamAV 0.101.4/25613/Fri Oct 25 11:00:25 2019 $ 
clamscan --version ClamAV 0.101.4/25613/Fri Oct 25 11:00:25 2019 I am 
not sure, but I think it could be the reason for the clamd socket file 
is not created, when clamd starts on Ubuntu 16.04.6, whereas on Ubuntu 
18.04 LTS it works fine. Maybe clamd package for Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS 
needs to be build also from 25613 release. |
