RFS: slingshot-clojure/0.10.3-1

Hi all,

I've finished working on slingshot and am quite happy so far. There are
probably many many things that need improvement and would justify me being
shouted at, but have a look yourself.

It builds those binary packages:

    libslingshot-clojure - Enhanced throw and catch library for Clojure

  Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

    dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/slingshot-clojure/slingshot-clojure_0.10.3-1.dsc

Happy to hear any suggestions or ways to improve the packaging.
