Very quick questions about ln_makepkg

Whatever is used by upstream which is most likely "scout.jar".

I wouldn't mind to have this functionality if it doesn't cause the codebase to
become harder to maintain or more complicated. Please also make sure that it
is still possible to use the tools offline without problems.

I would prefer the latter -- We have to think about circular dependencies on
leiningen though if we want to use *some* of the tools to package leiningen's
own dependencies.
