Upstream projects that do not comply with their license (MIT/EPL/...)

Hi all,

It became apparent during the review of our packages in NEW that some of the
dependencies we plan to package do not comply with the EPL in that they do not
ship a copy of the EPL. This is, however, explicitly required by the EPL [0]
which states:

    3. REQUIREMENTS

    …
When the Program is made available in source code form:
        a) it must be made available under this Agreement; and
        b) a copy of this Agreement must be included with each copy of the
           Program.

Some projects also license their work under the MIT license and don't include
the license text in either LICENSE or anywhere in the header of the respective
source files. I filed the bugs listed below, but please make sure to check
upstream releases for proper licensing in the future.
