Bug#886106: leiningen: Short description not very descriptive

Dear maintainer,

The short description doesn't tell you what Leiningen is for.
'Automate' could mean all sorts of things and the "without setting your
hair on fire" seems unnecesarily promotional.

May I suggest

    build and dependency management tool for the Clojure language
