I'm not a KDE developer at all, but I know that the kioslave capability
itself is definitely still there.
This sounds like something for a kio-sword-devel list (if there is one)
rather than here, but: exactly what KDE capabilities does kio-sword need
that it can't find in KDE4? If it is just Konqueror, maybe it can be
enhanced to just use the system-preferred web browser for its output,
rather than Konqueror??
