[Pkg-crosswire-devel] Build-Depends for BibleTime 2.0 differ between Intrepid and Jaunty

Apparently the package which includes /usr/bin/extract-messages.sh in
Intrepid was called kdesdk-scripts, but in Jaunty it is called
pkg-kde-tools.  This script is used in the build process of BibleTime,
apparently based on cdbs code in /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/kde4.mk .

So now (for BibleTime) we need to have different Build-Depends in
debian/control for Jaunty than for Intrepid.
