This is an upstream bug. The file encoding has apparently gone wrong. I
presume it should be uft8. I'm sending this to bibletime-translations
and we will do somthing about it. Thanks for the report. Can you give
notice to the bug database that this will be handled upstream?

(Note to Thomas: do you think it's possible to translate this file with
the other translations?)
