Okay, the explanation you have given is clear, thanks for that.

We'll see what the team is able to do before the package is automatically
removed from the testing distribution.

It could happen that upstream generates the Quill source in Javascript
from, and includes that in the Bibledit upstream source. That's a possible
solution too.
