That is a very strange error indeed.
Your public key has clearly been published publicly. I am able to see
it in my own local keyring. This error seems like some sort of issue
with the Debian keyring that is present on the buildd hosts. It's
obviously not a global problem since the upload was accepted by the
archive in the first place. I would get in touch with DSA and keyring
maint to see if they might be aware of an issue.
If it can't be resolved I can build a new 5.0.994-2 package sign it with
my key and try to upload.
