I'm convinced, and the patch is now included.

What do you think about copyrights? Dima Barsky wrote those man pages
when he packaged cyrus-sasl2, and I'm not sure exactly what license they
are under. I have emailed Dima and asked for his opinion, but I'd
welcome input on this here as well. I'll let you all know of any reply
from Dima.
