The standard practive in Debian (and I doubt Dima would go against this) is
to license manpages in exactly the same license the code it applies to is,
so as to submit it upstream.

And CMU is very nice about taking patches, just send them to their bugzilla.
If it is uncontroversial, it gets added easily.  Of course, we need to hear
from Dima first.
