Ok, a week has passed without testing comments. After brief consultation
with Steve Langasek, I'm uploading to unstable.

Steve said: if we decide that it's not etch material, we can still use
t-p-u to update it (to get in the RC bugfixes...)

So this upload should be considered a careful step towards etch
inclusion, but not a 100% certainty of immediate inclusion.

To raise the probability of etch inclusion, please test! From now on,
just file bug reports through the BTS when you find problems.
