How far the cyrus-sasl2 team has come

I took a look at our stats today and I was absolutely amazed at how far
our team has brough cyrus-sasl2 in the last few weeks.  We started out
with something like 70+ bugs.  Triaging for merges and closing old
and/or irrelevant bugs brought it down some and the rest came from the
update to the latest upstream version along with general bug fixing
enthusiasm.

To top it off, we have been responding quickly (espcially Fabian) to new
bug reports which have cropped up.  I think we stand an excellent chance
of convincing the RMs that the new version is suitable for Etch.
