Bug#433707: sasl2-bin: segfault in sasl-sample-[client,server]

When using GSSAPI, segfaults when trying to init MIT kerberos. Link with 
-pthread to fix. This may fix a similar bug, 402164 and a couple of 
other SASL-related segfaults.
