db4.6 should be fine for Cyrus SASL.  There's an edge-case performance
issue that may affect OpenLDAP (i.e., a database with hundreds of
thousands of entries and extremely high performance requirements), but
Cyrus SASL likely won't notice this.  Apart from that issue (around
db4.6's use of threads), db4.6 is faster than db4.2.
