SASL NTLM Bugfix for Outlook 2007

Hi ladies and gentlemen,

I have a patch to support outlook 2007 with cyrus-sasl in SPA 
Authentication mode. Works on our hosting server wonderfully and is the 
fastest method of all ;-) Would it be possible to incorporate this into 
the debian packages, until cyrus-sasl2 maintainers put it there themselves?
