[Pkg-deepin-devel] deepin-screen-recorder; new upstream version fails to build

Hello everyone,

I'm new to Debian but am very interested in getting more involved in the community and open source in general. Deepin is interesting to me because of its beautiful UI.

I looked into packaging the new upstream version of deepin-screen-recorder as it hasn't been updated in some time and is a way to help the team.

The latest upstream version 5.10.15 fails to build. Several files in src/CMakeLists.txt do not exist in the latest version: screen_shot_event.h, screen_shot_event.cpp, lib/GifHgif.h, xgifrecord.h, xgifrecord.cpp. The issues tab function has been disabled on the Github page for deepin-screen-recorder.

Does anyone on the Deepin Team have relationships with the upstream? Should I reach out to the upstream?

I'm looking forward to getting more involved with the Debian Deepin Team!
