I've finished testing the reverse dependencies.

For software written/distributed by EFL upstream:
- e17
  - fixed in experimental
- terminology
  - fixed in experimental
- edbus
  - deprecated upstream
- elementary
  - integrated into efl
- evas-loaders
  - integrated into efl

For external reverse dependencies:
- libdbus-c++-1-0v5
  - 0.9.0-8.1 builds successfully
- exactimage
  - 1.0.1-1+b1 FTBFS: #878572, https://phab.enlightenment.org/T6247
- intone
  - 0.77+git20120308-1+b3 FTBFS: depends on deprecated libedbus-dev

I think the next steps are:
- submit a bug against release.debian.org to request a transition
- submit bugs for e17, terminology, libdbus-c++-1-0v5, intone
- update exactimage bug #878572
- request removal of edbus, elementary, evas-loaders

Is that correct?
