I see a blocker in the fact that efl seems to FTBFS on armhf and
ppc64el. Due to 

libecore-dev -> libdbus-c++-dev -> libffado-dev ->
                  (jack-audio-connection-kit|jackd2)

the reverse dependency tree is huge.
